These Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "Terms") govern relationship between The "Degangs" Game ("Game," "we," "us," or "our") and any owner of DeGolg or any user of Degangs Game or any of the Services (“Player”).

You acknowledge that the Degangs Telegram miniapp, Telegram groups and channels, smart contracts, games, products, services, content, website, Twitter account, Discord server, and/or other domains or websites operated by The Game (collectively, the "Services") are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the Services, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, within our sole discretion.

By using the Game or otherwise owning a Degangs account, and participating in related Services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set in this Agreement.

Game Content

All the names, events, and elements mentioned in this context are purely fictional and created for the purpose of entertainment and gameplay. Any resemblance to real persons, places, events, or entities is entirely coincidental. The game's content, objects, characters and narrative are the result of creative imagination and are not based on or inspired by any real-world events or individuals. Any similarities between the fictional elements presented here and actual occurrences are unintentional and random.

The Game content should not be interpreted as reflective of real-life events, individuals, organizations, or situations. It is not meant to be taken seriously or to provide accurate representation of any real-world scenario. The primary intention is to offer an enjoyable and immersive experience within a fictional universe.

Account

IF YOU LOOSE ACCESS TO YOUR TELEGRAM ACCOUNT YOU WILL LOSE THE ACCESS TO THE WALLET AND THE DEGANG ACCOUNT AND ALL THE PROGRESS YOU'VE MADE!

The Game may create a digital "play" wallet for you as part of your interaction with the Services. This wallet will provide you with convenient control over your in-game related functionalities.

Risk of Non-Unauthorized Use

You acknowledge and understand that the Game Developers will not access or use your account without your explicit permission. Your account remains under your control, and the Game Developers will not interfere with the contents of your account unless expressly authorized by a command from your Telegram account. However, please be aware that unauthorized access to your digital in-game account, whether by unauthorized third parties or as a result of a breach or unauthorized access to your Telegram account within the Game, may lead to a loss of the in-game funds associated with your account.

While the Game Developers endeavor to create a secure environment, no system is entirely immune to vulnerabilities. The Game Developers are not responsible for any losses or damages that may arise due to unauthorized access to your in-game "play" wallet or any associated transactions.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the responsibility to keep your private key secure and the potential risks associated with unauthorized access.

It is your responsibility to adopt necessary security measures to protect your digital assets.

PLAYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS WITHIN DEGANGS AND SHOULD EXERCISE RESEARCH IN SECURE MANAGING THEIR VIRTUAL POSSESSIONS.

User Content

When you upload, transmit, generate, or create any data or content through the Services ("Content"), you guarantee that such content will be accurate, truthful, and non-confidential. Furthermore, you warrant that the Content will not infringe upon any laws, contractual restrictions, or the rights of third parties. You confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions to use any personal or intellectual property contained within the Content.

By posting, publishing, or transmitting the Content through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such content becomes non-proprietary and non-confidential. This means that the Game and other Players may have access to and use of your Content without any obligations of confidentiality.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all applicable national, regional, federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations that pertain to your use of the Game and its Services.

You understand that the availability of the Game's Services may be limited or restricted in certain territories due to legal or regulatory considerations. It is your responsibility to verify whether such limitations apply in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use any VPNs or proxies to manipulate your location in order to access the Services in territories where they are restricted.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that would violate applicable national, regional, federal, state, local, or international laws and regulations. This includes refraining from using the Services for any activities that infringe upon intellectual property rights, disrupt the proper functioning of the Services, or engage in any behavior that is abusive, offensive, or harmful to others.

You acknowledge that the Game Developers are not responsible for any failures, abnormal behavior, or disruptions that may occur in the software or other features of the Game.

DEGANG UTILIZES THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGIES, SUCH AS TELEGRAM  - THE DEGANG DEVELOPMENT TEAM DOES NOT OPERATE THESE PLATFORMS, AND USERS SHOULD FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND POTENTIAL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE TECHNOLOGIES.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Players, you hereby release the Game, its developers, and associated parties from any responsibility, claims, demands, and damages (whether actual or consequential) arising from or connected to such disputes. This release encompasses losses, profits, data, goodwill, and any other form of damage, whether known or unknown. You understand that any disputes between Players are to be resolved solely between the Parties involved, and the Game shall not be held liable for any outcomes.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Game regarding the subject matter discussed herein and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendment: We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. By continuing to use the Services after any modifications to the Terms, you acknowledge your acceptance of the updated terms.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce that or any other provision.

No refunds.

By accessing the Game's Services or owning a DeGang account and participating in related activities, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Game's Services.
